【注意事項】

• 本證限本人使用且全場地通用，每日首場開演前30分鐘開始兌換當天該場地之影片，每場限換一張

• 截止購買後將統一寄發信件通知，完成相關資料填寫後於04.21開始寄送

• TIDF觀影證均為優惠價格。如需退貨，請於05.05前(憑郵戳)連同限定禮品寄回：台灣國際紀錄片影展辦公室（新北市新莊區文藝路2號），並來信tidf.ticket@tfai.org.tw附上購買人資訊及該訂單編號，逾時不候

• 每場次座位有限，換完為止，入場需同時出示本證與票券

• The TIDF Pass is restricted to personal use by passholder only. The passholder can claim one ticket per screening with the TIDF Pass at the TIDF Info Desk in the venue on the day of the screening. The TIDF Info Desk runs daily during the festival 30 minutes before the first screening of the day. The organiser will contact purchaser via emails. The TIDF Pass will be mailed after Apr 21.

• For refund, please send the pass AND the gift set back to the TIDF office, and notify the organiser through email ( tidf.ticket@tfai.org.tw ) with purchaser's information and order number before May 5. OPENTIX does NOT handle refund for this item.

• As seat capacity is limited, the allotment will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please present both the TIDF Pass and ticket upon admission.
