漢人人類學者胡台麗、達悟族「反核廢」運動者、在蘭嶼行醫的布農族醫師，齊聚沙石灘，討論合作拍片計畫。面對年輕族人的質疑，用影像創作做為回應。影片首段反思觀光客拍攝和文化消費背後不平等的交換邏輯；接著透過醫師的內省旁白，陳述現代醫療在島上引發的不安；最後以反核廢抗爭中的文化展演作結，呈現島上不同位置、不同世代族人的價值觀和生存方式，及衍生的衝突與協商。

On a stony beach, director and anthropologist Hu Tai-li collaborates with indigenous anti-nuclear activists on Orchid Island. Using imagery, they reflect on tourism, modern medicine's impact, and the anti-nuclear waste movement, highlighting economic and ecological conflicts faced by local residents.
